Melinda Allen has extensive experience in the retail and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Queensland District Manager at Starbucks since May 2018. Prior roles include Franchise Business Consultant at Retail Zoo and Business Development Manager at The Coffee Club Franchising Australia, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing multiple franchise locations and driving sales growth. Melinda's notable achievements include being named BDM of the Year in 2013 and Team Member of the Year in 2012, as well as launching a new brand of café stores, ‘First Avenue,’ which opened three locations on the Gold Coast. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland and attendance at Brisbane Girls Grammar School.
