Lionel Sinai-Sinelnikoff is the Founder and CEO of Ascent, an innovative air mobility platform focused on sustainable connections for people. In addition, Lionel serves as a Venture Partner at Starburst Aerospace, where the emphasis is on early-stage tech startups in Aerospace and Defense. Previously, Lionel co-founded Milky.Chat, an educational platform aimed at child development, and held a Senior Advisor position at REAPRA PTE. LTD., a venture builder focused on sustainable businesses. Lionel’s extensive background in the aviation industry includes roles such as Head of Strategy & Marketing at Airbus Helicopters for the Southeast Asia Pacific Region, where responsibilities included oversight of 15 countries, and various marketing and sales positions covering Latin America and the Caribbean. Educational credentials include advanced degrees from INSEAD, EDHEC Business School, the University of Birmingham, and Sorbonne University.
