Jay Li

Jay Li is a graphic designer and founder with extensive experience in the creative and culinary sectors. Currently serving as a graphic designer at Starface World since September 2024, Jay also founded DOUBLES in January 2023, a food and design practice that explores innovative approaches to cuisine through public dinners, collaborations, pop-ups, workshops, and tasting menus. Previous roles include graphic designer at FLY BY JING and the Utah Jazz, as well as brand strategist and program manager at Medium Studio, where Jay focused on promoting underrepresented creatives in Salt Lake City. Jay's background includes participation in the Wix Playground Academy, exhibition design at Boston University College of Fine Arts, and various leadership positions within the Boston University Chinese Students Association. Jay holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design/Advertising from Boston University.
