Bruce Shamla

Bruce Shamla is an experienced leader in operations and manufacturing, currently serving as the Director Of Distribution and Senior Operations Transformation Leader at Starkey Hearing since October 1988. In this role, Bruce partners with the COO to define operations strategies and transformation initiatives, providing strategic advice and fostering collaboration among departments. Previous roles include Vice President of Manufacturing and various directorial positions at Starkey Hearing, as well as Manufacturing Engineer at Xerkon Inc., a research and development firm specializing in composites for aerospace. Bruce holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from St. Cloud State University.
