Terrence Roche currently serves as Vice President at Start Early, where leadership efforts focus on developing and scaling early-childhood workforce professional development initiatives aimed at advancing equitable early learning. In addition, Roche is a Lecturer at Northwestern University, instructing graduate-level courses in management strategy and leadership. Previous experience includes Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations at Kellen, where strategic development for national nonprofit associations was emphasized, and various leadership roles at YMCA of the USA. Earlier career experience includes roles at Cintas in general management and service in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Captain while overseeing supply chain management logistics. Roche holds a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Adler University. A Bachelor of Science in Business Management was earned from Tulane University.
