Carolina Decastri

Carolina Decastri is an experienced professional in the venture capital and entrepreneurship sectors, currently serving as Initiator & Co-Lead at Platform Crew, focusing on community building among VC Platform Operators in the DACH region. In dual roles as Platform Engagement Lead at both Atlantic Labs and FoodLabs, Carolina oversees resources and partnerships for a portfolio of 180 ventures across Europe, the UK, and the US, achieving significant outreach and engagement milestones. Leadership experience includes roles as Berlin Chapter Lead for Italians in VC and Vice-President of START Global, along with previous positions that emphasize project management, community engagement, and consulting, notably in sustainability and healthcare innovation. Carolina holds an MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Esade and a Bachelor's degree in Management from ESCP Business School.
