Desiree Boeree

Desiree Boeree has a robust background in recruitment and management, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Start People since January 2018. In this role, Desiree oversees the coordination of national vacancies and reports while previously holding medior and junior recruitment positions that involved client advisory and training new colleagues. Prior to Start People, Desiree spent nearly a decade at The Sting, progressing from a part-time position to Assistant Store Manager, where responsibilities included staff motivation, sales analysis, and ensuring store performance. Additionally, Desiree gained experience as an intern entertainer with Iberostar Group, managing choreography and entertainment for large groups. Desiree holds an SEU diploma in recruitment and a Level 4 degree in Tourism from Zadkine.
