Matt Watson is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in software development and digital marketing. As Founder and CEO of Full Scale since March 2018, Watson oversees a team of over 300 employees focused on providing affordable software solutions from the Philippines. In addition, Watson hosts the Startup Hustle podcast, which has garnered over 6 million downloads, featuring interviews with entrepreneurs in the startup ecosystem. Watson's previous ventures include founding Stackify, a developer tool company sold in 2021, and VinSolutions, which revolutionized car photo uploads for dealers. Watson has also held pivotal roles such as CTO at CAMP Digital and Founder and CEO of At Capacity, a smart ads platform for home services. Watson earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
