Sahar Massachi

Sahar Massachi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and social impact, currently serving as a Fellow and Mentor at StartingBloc since May 2011. In addition, Sahar held an Affiliate position at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University from August 2020 to October 2024, contributing to the Rebooting Social Media initiative. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Integrity Institute from January 2021 to May 2024, Sahar focused on protecting the social internet. Prior roles include Software Engineer at Facebook, where crucial tools for election integrity were developed, and positions at Current Affairs, Grovo, and Finvisor, among others. Sahar holds both MA and BS degrees in Computer Science from Brandeis University, completed in 2012 and 2011, respectively.
