Marshall Hays

Marshall Hays is a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of business ventures and extensive experience in marketing and management. As the Owner and Investor of Highlight Homes, LLC since June 2018, Marshall specializes in vacation home rentals in Virginia. In addition, Marshall serves as a Mentor at Startup Virginia and has been the Founder and President of Hays Internet Marketing, Inc. since 1996, overseeing various operational and marketing functions. Previous endeavors include ownership of several car wash locations and a gourmet food truck in Texas, along with a successful turnaround of a struggling lube shop. Marshall held the position of Vice President at American Television Distribution, focusing on business management and marketing campaigns. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from the SMU Cox School of Business and a BS in Marketing and Accounting from Trinity University.
