Ben Aronowicz

Ben Aronowicz is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in people operations, mentorship, and grassroots community development. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Team Union and New York City Hub Director at StartupExperts, Ben actively fosters collaboration within the startup community. Experience includes mentoring early-stage founders in workforce development and EdTech, as well as participation in initiatives supporting talent of color, notably the #HIREBLACK Initiative. Previously, Ben held key roles at Thinkful, leading people operations and recruitment during significant company growth, and has contributed to notable teams at Apple and Charlotte Street Computers. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Grinnell College.
