Nicolas Sohl is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the biotech industry, currently serving as Co-Founder, CEO, and President of Cell Care Therapeutics, a preclinical stage company focused on developing exosome biologics for treating diabetic retinopathy and inflammation-driven diseases. Sohl is also a member of the StartX S20 Cohort, an accelerator for Stanford-affiliated startups, and has completed a mentorship program with Endless Frontier Labs to enhance startup growth strategies. Previous experiences include partnering at Razo & Associates Development Company, where Sohl managed real estate development projects, and serving as Director of Business Development at Razo Construction Inc., achieving significant revenue growth. Sohl's earlier roles include research associate positions utilizing GIS technology and freelance photography, including projects with major publications. Currently, Sohl is pursuing an Executive MBA at Duke University, following a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Studies from Middlebury College.
