Helen Brennan has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving as a Guest Service Agent at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel since November 1993, where responsibilities include guest check-ins/outs and addressing inquiries about New York City activities.
