Bryce Backers

Bryce Backers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT business analysis and quality management, currently serving as a Senior IT Business & Quality Analyst at State National Companies since 2004. In this role, Bryce has led multiple corporate initiatives, including transitioning from Unix to Linux servers and overseeing various product development life cycles. Additionally, Bryce has played a key role in mentoring staff across different functions. Previously, as a Senior Trainer, Bryce delivered comprehensive training and developed a user management database to enhance training documentation. Earlier experience includes serving as the COPE & Climbing Program Manager for the Boy Scouts of America from 2011 to 2015. Bryce holds an MBA in Business Administration from Texas Woman's University and a BBA in Financial Management from Abilene Christian University.
