Rifat Hasan

Rifat Hasan is an experienced information system manager currently employed at the State of Illinois since December 2024. Previously held the position of senior software engineer at UnitedHealth Group from July to November 2024, specializing in Terraform, Python, cloud security, and governance across multiple platforms. Rifat has a solid background as a software engineer at Champaign County Regional Planning Commission and Tech Mahindra, focusing on Apigee edge, RESTful APIs, microservices, and Spring Boot.
