David Sierra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics and project management. Currently serving as a PMO Technologist for the State of Oregon, David specializes in designing reporting solutions using the MS Power Platform and Python to enhance analytics and automate processes. As the founder of Smith Clove, David focuses on transforming data to unlock opportunities through advisory services and has guest lectured at prestigious institutions such as Stanford and the University of Washington. Previous roles include Senior Data Manager at RB Consulting, where David developed predictive models for the Department of Veterans Affairs, and Business Analyst at MyHealthUmbrella, leading a project on early disease diagnosis. David's service in the United States Air Force included roles as a Contract Manager and Medical Logistician, where David optimized supply chains and managed contracts to significantly improve healthcare readiness.
