Jason Richter

Jason Richter serves as the Deputy Treasurer for Debt Management with the State of Washington and holds several other key positions including Secretary with the Washington State Finance Committee and State Treasurer's Designee for both the Washington State Housing Finance Commission and the Washington Economic Development Financing Authority, all since November 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Loop Capital Markets from January 2011 to October 2017, and Associate Director at Gardner, Underwood & Bacon LLC from April 2002 to January 2011. Jason Richter began their career as an Associate at Evensen Dodge International, Inc. from July 1998 to April 2002. Jason Richter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 1996 and 1998.
