Maksym Matuszewski

Maksym Matuszewski is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in visual design and art direction. Currently serving as a Senior Visual Designer and Senior Art Director at State Street Global Advisors since February 2022, Maksym has previously excelled as a Creative Studio Manager at Avon, where responsibilities included enhancing in-house creative processes and collaborating closely with internal clients. Prior roles include Creative Services Manager and Visual Communication Manager at EY, leading a creative team to develop visual communication strategies, and various Art Director positions at Red8 Digital, DDB, and G7 Advertising Agency, all focused on generating impactful creative ideas for advertising campaigns. Maksym holds a Master of Arts in Graphic Arts from Akademia Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie, earned between 1999 and 2004.
