Austin Champagne

Austin Champagne is an experienced professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Data Governance at State Street since April 2014, with a focus on advising business units on data governance adoption, resolving data quality issues, and developing operating procedures. Previously, Austin held various roles at State Street, including Officer in Data Governance and rotations in Enterprise Data Governance Management and Enterprise Consulting. Prior to State Street, experience includes positions at Batting Leadoff as Editor/Content Manager, Bloomberg Sports Stats Insights as Writer Contributor, and Holyoke Blue Sox as Intern-Assistant to the General Manager, along with a student management role for the UMASS Men’s Basketball Team. Austin holds dual degrees in Sport Management and Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
