Petula Payne

Petula Payne, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainable procurement and supplier diversity. Currently serving at State Street since January 2023, Petula previously contributed to Morgan Stanley as a leader in sustainable sourcing and supplier diversity management, where Petula established the firm's Sustainable Sourcing Initiative. Co-founding Flourish Oils LLC in June 2018, Petula promotes natural skin nourishment and holistic beauty. During tenure at UBS from 2007 to 2018, Petula held multiple roles, including Associate Equity Strategist and Co-Head of Employee Engagement & External Partnerships, driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. Early career experiences include serving as a Compliance Analyst and co-founding SAVAE Inc., an arts organization. Petula holds an MBA from Zicklin School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Northeastern University.
