Ray Stevens

Ray Stevens, SPHR, has extensive experience in talent development and management, serving notable roles such as Managing Director and Global Head of Talent Development at State Street, as well as positions including Global Head of Talent Management and Vice President of Corporate Learning. Prior to State Street, Ray served as Director of Talent & Learning Portfolio Management at Liberty Mutual Insurance and held the role of Assistant Vice President of Talent Management at The Hanover Insurance Group. Additional experience includes leadership as Director of Talent Development at Big Lots Stores, Inc., and multiple director-level roles in talent management and learning at Staples. Ray holds a Master’s degree in Film Production from Boston University College of Communication.
