Ron Helfer

Ron Helfer is a skilled technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as Development Team Lead at Statement since December 2022, Ron previously co-founded Enhanced Hire, where the role as CTO involved innovative work in the recruiting industry, significantly improving candidate engagement and optimizing hiring processes. Prior to that, Ron held the position of Head of Machine Learning and Backend Engineering at CardLatch and was a Full Stack Developer with the Israel Defense Forces. Ron earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2017 and 2020.
