Gard Haglund

Gard Haglund is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public sector communication and media relations. Currently serving as a Seniorrådgiver at Statens vegvesen since May 2024, Haglund previously held various leadership roles at Lørenskog kommune from April 2009 to May 2024, including Spesialrådgiver, kommunikasjonsjef, and seksjonsleder, overseeing all municipal communication efforts. Prior experience includes positions as Kommunikasjonsansvarlig at Grønt Punkt Norge AS, kommunikasjonsrådgiver at EDB Business Partner and Telenor, and Production Manager at Norsk rikskringkasting (NRK). Haglund holds a cand.mag degree in Sociology from the University of Oslo and completed studies in general and social sciences at St. Olav videregående.
