Andrew Joseph

Andrew Joseph is a general assignment reporter at STAT. Andrew has also worked as a reporter for the San Antonio Express-News, where they focused mostly on crime, and for the San Francisco Chronicle, where they covered health policy and medicine. Prior to that, they worked for the National Journal, where they produced stories on lobbying and campaign finance issues.

Andrew Joseph studied Middle Eastern Studies at Dartmouth College and then went on to study Arabic Language and Literature at the Arabic Language Institute in Fez, Morocco. Andrew is currently a student at Piedmont High School.
