Rajiv Roy

Rajiv Roy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and sales management across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of the Fluid Connectors Division at STÄUBLI since July 2022, Rajiv is tasked with executing the India Growth Strategy to double market share within three years. Prior to this role, Rajiv held several key positions at SKF India, including Head of Business Development and National Sales Manager, where responsibilities included driving a transition to long-term performance partnerships and leading sales across India. Rajiv began a career in sales as a Territory Manager at Kirloskar Oil Engines and transitioned to SKF India, where significant achievements included establishing a new asset management services business. Rajiv holds a PGDBM in Marketing & Finance from Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University Institute of Technology, Bhopal University.
