Amy Terpening

Amy Terpening is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation management and customer success within the payments and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Manager at Stax Payments since October 2021, Amy oversees the implementation phase, ensures effective onboarding and training, and collaborates with internal teams to establish strong partnerships. Previously, Amy held roles at Clearent, where responsibilities included managing software partnerships and significantly increasing revenue as the first Customer Success Manager for Service Autopilot. Amy's earlier experience includes account management and recruiting at BlueWave Resource Partners, event coordination at Tech and Beers, and a front desk agent role at Riptide Software. Amy holds a degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida.
