Joe O'Connor

Joe O'Connor is an experienced instructional designer and founder of Skill Monkey Coaching, which focuses on personal finance and career coaching. Currently serving as an instructional designer at Steampunk, Inc., Joe has also held roles such as senior training specialist at Resonance and training specialist at GovCIO. With a strong background in training and curriculum development, Joe has worked at CACI International Inc. as both a curriculum manager and training lead, primarily supporting large-scale PeopleSoft implementations for the US Army. Past experience includes managing youth leadership conferences at Envision Experience and supporting USAID programs at Social Solutions International, Inc. Joe O'Connor holds a Master of Science in International Affairs from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Armstrong State University.
