Dukhishyam Soren

Dukhishyam Soren has extensive experience in crane maintenance and capital repairs at Steel Authority of India Limited, progressing from the role of Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager and currently serving as Manager since September 2015. Prior industrial training includes positions at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, focusing on mechanical maintenance, and ONGC, where Dukhishyam enhanced durability of heat exchangers. Dukhishyam also completed a winter industrial training at Steel Authority of India Limited, gaining expertise in hydraulics systems and modernization techniques. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, completed in 2014.
