Kim Koeman

Kim Koeman is a seasoned professional in social innovation and community impact, currently serving as the Global Director of Social Innovation at Steelcase since January 2023, following a role as Global Manager of Social Innovation. Prior experience includes Global Impact Advisor at the MillerKnoll Foundation and Senior Program Manager at Herman Miller, where Kim also participated as a CEO Action for Racial Equity Fellow. Earlier career roles spanned management and educational positions at the British Heart Foundation and Grand Rapids Art Museum, as well as production and advisory roles at Chocolate Films. Kim's foundational experience in service includes an AmeriCorps stint at Camp Fire USA. Academically, Kim holds a BA in Art from Calvin University and an MA in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
