Dylan Shum-Drake

Dylan Shum-Drake currently serves as the Director of Operations at STEELE BRANDS® since April 2024. Previously, Dylan held the same title at Walking Tall Brands, LLC. from June 2022 to May 2024, and at Three Oaks Hospitality from May 2021 to June 2022. Dylan also served as Vice President of Operations at Food Systems Unlimited, Inc. between June 2020 and April 2021. Prior to these roles, Dylan was the Regional Director of Operations at Pei Wei Asian Kitchen from July 2012 to May 2020 and the General Manager at Pei Wei Asian Diner from November 2007 to June 2012.
