Jim Martin

Jim Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product engineering and development, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Engineering at SteelSeries since April 2015. Leading a diverse team of over 20 engineers and program managers, Martin has successfully delivered more than 50 new products annually across various categories, while also previously holding roles such as Director of Program Management and Lead Program Manager at SteelSeries. Prior to this, Martin has held key positions at companies including Motorola and Product Development Technologies, demonstrating a strong background in software engineering, project management, and cross-functional team leadership. Martin holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Marquette University.
