Kanishk Bakshi

Kanishk Bakshi is a User Experience Performance Engineer at Synergy Computer Solutions, Inc. with a focus on onsite projects at Stellantis since March 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Factors Researcher at Clarus Group, conducting usability studies for medical device development at Cerner Corporation. Kanishk also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, analyzing drivers' responses during automated driving scenarios, and held leadership roles in the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a concentration in Human Factors and Ergonomics from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Oriental Institute of Science & Technology.
