Prasad Madali

Prasad Madali has extensive experience in engineering and production optimization, currently serving as a Launch Industrial Engineer - VPE at Stellantis since September 2019, where strategies for exceeding production standards and optimizing plant layouts have been implemented. Prior to this role, Prasad worked as a Contractor at Rudram Engineering, Inc., focusing on productivity enhancements in automatic production lines, and as a Lead Engineer at Caresoft Global, where labor standards were developed and analyses for workplace improvement were conducted. Prasad's career began at Force Motors, where significant contributions were made in material handling, facility design, and lean manufacturing processes. Prasad holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Production from Gogte Institute Of Technology and a P.G. Diploma in Tool and Product Design from MIT Pune.
