Sonia Millsom has worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. Sonia started their career as a health consultant at The Segal Company. Sonia then spent seven years at UnitedHealthcare as a regional vice president. In 2010, they joined Health Dialog as the vice president of marketing. During their time there, they increased revenue by 10% through new product offerings. In 2016, they joined Iora Health as the chief growth officer. During their time at Iora Health, the company was acquired by ONEM at a $2.1B valuation. Millsom was responsible for all aspects of growth including market entry and expansion, value-based care contracting and all marketing and sales. In 2020, they joined Maven Clinic as the chief commercial officer. Maven Clinic is the first US unicorn dedicated to women and family health. Millsom is responsible for delivering revenue diversification through expansion into health plans and Medicaid.
Sonia Millsom has a BA in Political Science from Boston College and an MPH in Public Health Policy and Management from Columbia University in the City of New York. Sonia also attended high school at The Taft School and York Catholic High School.
