Annalise Zemlin

Annalise Zemlin serves as a Professor and Head of Division in Chemical Pathology at Stellenbosch University and holds multiple roles within the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine, including Chair and Member of the Committee on Evidence Based Laboratory Medicine, and Member of the Committee on Public Relations. Previously, Annalise Zemlin has contributed to the National Health Laboratory Service as an Associate Professor and Principal Pathologist, alongside positions as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Chemical Pathology. Additional medical experience includes roles as a Medical Officer in Emergency Medicine at N1 City Hospital and as a Medical Officer in Trauma Medicine and Respiratory ICU at Tygerberg Hospital, complemented by an internship in Internal Medicine, Obstetrics, and Gynecology.
