Caroline Wiklund

Caroline Wiklund is a skilled professional in the field of automation, currently serving as the Director of Automation at Stellix Global Services since March 2024, overseeing the transition of services from NECI. With extensive experience dating back to June 2016 as Director of Automation at NECI, Caroline has also held roles as Process Automation Manager, Engineering Supervisor, and Systems Engineer within the same organization. Prior to NECI, Caroline worked at Olin Corporation as a process automation specialist and at The Dow Chemical Company as a Process Automation Engineer. Early career experiences include a summer internship at Shire in the Technical Operations, Process Development group and research assistant roles at Columbia University, focusing on fluid flow prediction for artificial kidneys and the mechanics of stress fibers. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University and a high school diploma from Phillips Exeter Academy.
