Matt Posard

Matt Posard is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the life sciences and biotechnology sectors. As the Founding Principal of EXPLORE DNA since February 2015, Matt focuses on executive advising, board governance, and capital investment in life sciences, genomics, diagnostics, and therapeutics. Matt serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Nautilus Biotechnology and holds multiple board positions, including at Halozyme Therapeutics, Stemson Therapeutics, Vizgen, Vital Bio, and Geneyx Genomex Ltd. Prior to these roles, Matt had a significant tenure at Illumina, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President and General Manager overseeing substantial sales growth. Matt also held key positions at Alere Inc. and Gen-Probe Incorporated, building a diverse commercial background. Matt earned a BA in Management Science from UC San Diego.
