Amelia R C Roberts has extensive experience in customer service and property management, currently serving as a Customer Service Advisor at StepChange Debt Charity since July 2015, where the focus is on helping individuals achieve debt freedom. Prior to this, Amelia worked at Housing 21 from October 2006 to May 2015, fulfilling various roles within the Asset Management Team and currently as a Property Services Officer, managing repairs across Greater London and Essex in a customer-driven environment. Amelia's career began as an Administrator at Roberts Design from 2003 to 2006, following a work experience placement at Anchor Trust in 2003 that involved creating promotional materials and performing administrative duties. Educationally, Amelia holds a Btec National Diploma in Information Technology from Shipley College and completed high school at Bradford Christian School.
