James Rickard

James is a solicitor in the Corporate team at Stephens Scown. He first joined in September 2018 and after a brief period away he re-joined in October 2022.

James advises on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.

James qualified as a solicitor in 2015.
