Tom Sprankle

Tom Sprankle is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel operations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations at StepStone Hospitality since June 2024, Tom previously held the position of Vice President of Hotel Operations at Twenty Four Seven Hotels from November 2023 to June 2024. Prior to that role, Tom was the Vice President of Hotel Operations and General Manager at Stonebridge Companies from December 2012 to October 2023. Tom's career also includes a tenure as General Manager at Lewis Hotels-The Golden Hotel from February 2008 to December 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing sales, marketing, and operations for a 62-room hotel along with its meeting and dining facilities. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, earned between 1990 and 1992.
