Leah Woodruff

Leah (Walchanowicz) Woodruff is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Supervisor in Strategic Sourcing at STERIS since April 2024. Prior to this role, Leah held the position of Project Engineer in Sourcing at STERIS Endoscopy from May 2019 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing various projects related to strategic sourcing. Leah also has extensive experience in coaching, instructing young goalkeepers with Quick Hands Goalkeeper Training, LLC., since May 2009. Additional prior roles include Development Engineer at The University of Toledo, where Leah facilitated math tutoring, and a series of engineering internships at companies such as Charles River Laboratories and US Endoscopy, which included quality engineering and advanced engineering tasks. Leah holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
