Imelda Diepstraten

Imelda Diepstraten currently serves as a Sociaal Domein Advisor at Sterk Huis since April 2022, focusing on innovative solutions and practical agreements for women experiencing violence. Since July 2021, Diepstraten has held the role of Bewindvoerder at Eropaf ondersteuning West- en Midden Brabant, demonstrating specific expertise in social domains, psychiatric conditions, elder care, and supervision in criminal justice. Previous experience includes entrepreneurship at Eetcafe Den Soete Inval from December 1997 to May 2019 and work as a Maatschappelijk werker in the Social Psychiatric Work Department at Reclassering Nederland from May 1989 to May 2001. Diepstraten’s educational background includes an HBO + degree in Beschermingsbewind from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, a Bachelor's degree in Maatschappelijk werk en dienstverlening from Avans University of Applied Sciences, and various certifications focused on management and entrepreneurship.
