Patrick Glaser

Patrick Glaser currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Sterling Pharma Solutions since November 2023. Previously, Patrick held senior leadership positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific from June 2016 to July 2023, including President of the Drug Substance Division and Vice President, General Manager of API. Prior experience includes significant roles at Novasep from April 2010 to July 2015, where Patrick managed divestiture strategies, served as President & CEO overseeing a $400 million business, and led the Synthesis division. Earlier career highlights include a Vice President role at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, directing a $50 million Pharmaceutical Dosage Manufacturing business, as well as a Director position at BASF, where responsibilities included P&L management and strategic marketing for the API business. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
