Jake Eccles

Jake Eccles is a seasoned professional in the sports and entertainment industry with a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina. Currently serving as a Category Buyer at Stevens Food Group since December 2023, Jake previously held the position of Branded Concepts Manager with the Carolina Hurricanes and has extensive experience in food and beverage management, including roles as Concessions Manager and Supervisor at Spectrum Center. With a strong background in operations, Jake has excelled in supervising teams, managing procurement, and driving significant sales in high-pressure environments. Additional experience includes internships with the Carolinas Golf Association and Georgia State Golf Association, and operational roles at notable venues such as Augusta National Golf Club and Lexington County Blowfish Baseball.
