Dibs Sarkar

Dibs Sarkar is a seasoned academic and environmental expert, currently serving as a Professor of Environmental Engineering and the Founding Director of the Sustainability Management MS/MS-MBA Program at Stevens Institute of Technology since 2016. In addition to this role, Dibs holds the position of Chief Scientific Officer at SIROM Scientific Solutions, LLC, an Environmental R&D company focused on Green Technology Development, consulting, and chemical analysis since 2007. Dibs also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Michigan Technological University and previously served as the Founding Director of the Environmental Management PhD Program at Montclair State University. With a strong academic foundation, including a PhD in Geochemistry from the University of Tennessee, Dibs has contributed significantly to the field through various positions held at multiple universities and research institutions.
