Dereck Allen

Dereck Allen serves as the President of Texas Operations at NETCO Title Company since 1997, where responsibilities include leading the vision, strategy, and execution of operations across six offices in Texas. Prior roles in the organization include Sr. Vice President, overseeing sales and operations across 32 offices in 14 states, resulting in significant expansion and revenue growth. Earlier positions include Vice President and Regional Manager, managing sales and operational teams in multiple states. Additionally, Dereck Allen founded an ancillary notary signing division at Notary Assurance, Inc. to facilitate loan signings nationwide, building a database of over 9,000 vetted notaries and attorneys. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Tech University.
