Clayton Robinson

Clayton Robinson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, compensation strategy, and employment relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and previously as Human Resources Manager at STgenetics since 2018, Clayton actively oversees various HR functions. Prior to this, Clayton led a team of HR professionals at Adara Communities, a national multi-family real estate company with over 1,300 employees, from 2009 to 2018. Previous roles include Downstream Recruiter at Whitaker Technical and Staffing Analyst/University Recruiter at Baker Hughes. Clayton holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from Texas A&M University.
