Geoffrey Hancock has extensive experience in commercial and contractual dispute resolution, currently serving as a Principal Resolution Consultant at SThree since November 2005, covering UK & I, Europe, and APAC. Prior to this role, Geoffrey worked as a Freelance in Animal Welfare with Kismet / Wispa, focusing on Trap Neuter Return Programs for feral cat populations, and as a Team Leader at Mayhew Animal Home, overseeing operations at a rescue and rehoming center with over 200 cats and 20 dogs. Earlier experience includes positions as a barman at St James' Pub in Lyon and an International Resolution Desk/CTO Agent at American Airlines. Geoffrey holds a Diploma in Higher Education in European Business Systems from London Guildhall University and completed education at Warwick School.
