Irene de Groot

Irene de Groot is a seasoned photographer with extensive experience in the field, having worked at Stichting Nationaal Museum van Wereldculturen since July 1991. Prior to this role, Irene held a position as a photographer at the Royal Tropical Institute from July 1991 to April 2014 and served as an assistant studio photographer in the arts at Studio Tom Haartsen from 1990 to 2008. Irene began the photography career as an assistant photographer at Veilinghuis Christies in 1989. Irene's academic background includes training at Fotovakschool from 1988 to 1991 and participation in the symposium Breekbaar Glas.
