Silvana Manto

Silvana Manto has extensive experience in human resources, currently working as an HR Adviseur and P&O Medewerker at OVO Zaanstad since November 2020, serving as a link between the HR administration and HR advisors in the public secondary education sector. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Support Medewerker at Zelfstroom from September 2018 to July 2020 and as an HR Assistent at Meijburg & Co from 2007 to August 2018. Silvana Manto began their career with an internship at GVB in 2006, focusing on research related to employee engagement amid an aging workforce. Academic qualifications were obtained from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences between 2003 and 2007.
